FROM  VILNA  TO  VIOLINS  OF  HOPE: MUSIC  OF  THE  HOLOCAUST - For Jews trapped in Europe during the Holocaust, music was a means of expressing both anguish and hope.  Cantor Rena Shapiro will present stories and songs from this period.  We will also learn about the exhibit of restored Holocaust violins, “Violins of Hope,” which is touring the world.
