The book of Genesis has some of the most well-known biblical stories for both Jews and Christians (from creation and Noah to the binding of Isaac and the triumph of Joseph after being betrayed by his brothers). But the book of Genesis is more than a collection of ancient stories. The lessons and wisdom found in the first book of the Torah can provide insight and guidance for all of us, even in these modern times.
